Austria and/or Switzerland are your work locations. Having already successfully penetrated the German market, we now wish to target the German-speaking surrounding area as quickly as possible. If you already have experience in B2B software / solution sales and, ideally, are familiar with the financial industry, you may be the perfect candidate for us. As Business Development Manager, you will independently identify relevant sales targets, establish initial contact and provide the customer with sales support right through to concluding the deal – and beyond. Regular presentations and a clear public presence as an industry expert on digital transformation and automation are part of the job description. As well as supporting our experienced consultants, the German marketing and sales team also provides assistance in achieving our goals in the two new countries. Our sales and implementation partners are looking forward to a local point of contact and already have initial projects in the pipeline. Remuneration consists of a fixed sum and an uncapped commission, which is based on a percentage of sales.
Proven successful track record in B2B enterprise software sales
Experience in independent lead generation through to successful acquisition
High willingness to travel
Fluent spoken and written German / English
Ideally, experience in the financial industry as well as in a fast-growing software company / startup
Good IT skills to respond to questions from decision makers at potential customers
An interest in contributing to the company on a long-term basis and (optionally) building up a team of your own
