The fintus Sequencer digitises your entire correspondence from physical and digital input channels such as mail and faxes to emails and attachments.

It unifies information as soon as it enters your company, and creates business transactions comprising various documents and pages. These are assigned to a range of possible document classes, the information is assigned to a customer, prospect or business partner and important information is extracted from the documents.

By gathering all the necessary information from the incoming business transactions, the fintus Sequencer enables the dark processing of subsequent processes. The data collected in the Sequencer (e.g. customer details such as the available net income, the parcel number, a cancellation date, etc.) is then interpreted by the fintus Process Engine, enriched with further data, and finally processed automatically. Only very few remaining business transactions thus become tasks in the fintus Cockpit that need to be processed by your staff.
The information gained previously helps you to prioritise every task and assign it to the appropriate staff member.

For companies with a higher data volume, we recommend and offer “smart FIX” – the market leading automatic OCR/ICR solution from our partner Insiders Technologies. Based on machine learning, smart FIX” supports your document management through automatic text recognition and information extraction, assignment of the document type, and identification of the business transaction. Complex search and extraction algorithms identify the critical information for each incoming object and make it available to the subsequent processes.

Dark processing

is based on three key success factors

We believe that the standardisation of all incoming channels, from physical incoming mail, to e-mails and fax, and through to digital communication via chat, social media and so on is a must!
An essential component of this is the automated assignment of document types or business transactions to interested parties, customers, dealers and other groups of people. But the more interesting part takes place behind the scenes. The background processing of subsequent processes can only succeed if all case-related information is extracted from the incoming business transactions. The information obtained for each business transaction is evaluated by our business process engine, enriched with further data, and then processed in the relevant systems on a case-by-case basis. Individual business transactions are only forwarded to experts via push routing or our frontend in exceptional circumstances. Background processing at its best!
