FINTUS PROCESS ORCHESTRATOR

Control and automate your business processes as required

Der fintus Process Orchestrator is the control centre for the orchestration of the fintus Suite – and for the automation of processes. With fintus Process Orchestrator processes are modelled, enriched with information from different sources and transferred to the fintus engine for execution. The central control element of the fintus Suite automates processes including decisions, and provides the opportunity for the dark handling of processes that are currently still performed manually. The elementary software module within the fintus Suite enables you to create processes in compliance with the internationally recognised BPMN and DMN standards, to integrate and manage all systems of the fintus Suite, client systems, and our FinTech partners and to automate a significant part of your previous tasks.

In addition, numerous comfort functions facilitate your employees’ work and ensure the continuous improvement of your processes. fintus Process Orchestrator helps you keep track of all process relationships (BPMNs, DMNs, sub-processes, product links, etc.) and to manage processes across all three “stages”: development (dev.), testing (test.) and going live (prod.). It allows each specialist department to adapt and optimise processes, and offers functions that help to reduce your employees’ workload to a maximum. All that is required is a minimal affinity for process optimisation.

You benefit, for example, from mass testing, which simultaneously checks one or more processes for weak points and runnability, thus saving you time-consuming troubleshooting. Or from the documentation function, which makes changes traceable and version histories easier to understand. In addition, the versioning function allows you to return to previous processes and see directly which version was used or improved at which time. In addition, the definition of user roles and variable release functions simplifies teamwork and process optimisation, making it child’s play to put your processes into production. Even process models that have already been created can be integrated and modified using the simple up and download function in Process Orchestrator – so you and your team needn’t start from scratch. We also offer a selection of templates for recurring processes that you can use as a basis for further editing.

fintus Workflow Modeller der fintus Suite

Process library

Ready to go from day one

fintus Suite includes a large number of sample processes, which can provide an initial starting point for process modelling in your company. Take advantage of existing know-how and add your individual requirements – with executable processes that are a reality instead of theory.

TRANSFERRING PROCESSES FROM THEORY INTO EXECUTABLE PRACTICE

Thanks to the graphical depiction of the programming codes

Instead of documenting processes centrally and rigidly, you will model your processes digitally and decentrally in the future. To do so, your process knowledge is stored centrally – and made technically executable. fintus Suite uses all available data sources in the process modelling to trigger specific actions based on an event, such as the receipt of a document or an event during the contract period at one of your customers, and thus to automate the process. In doing so, the fintus Suite combines process know-how with technologically integrated services that transfer process modelling from theory into executable practice. Deviations and special cases are already taken into account in the modelling and save valuable working time. With graphical process modelling in accordance with the BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation) worldwide standard in combination with DMN 1.1 (Decision Model and Notation), your specialist departments’ know-how comes into effect with the selective support of IT resources.

fintus Suite is connected to external software systems and information sources in order to use them in graphical modelling. Individual decision tables (if-then function via DMN) are stored for detailed mapping and checking of rules. For example, it is possible to store limit values for deviations from customer data. After just a brief induction session, your employees are able to adapt and model their own process models. The implementation takes place as an executable LowCode model in a graphic execution – without any programming knowledge. Leverage your consolidated know-how to optimize the use of your resources and meet your service promise to customers and partners more than ever. Find out more about process modelling and actively reduce your company’s costs and risks.
