The fintus Cockpit central user front-end combines CRM with the classic core systems, DMS or ECM and other data sources in one interface. This enables various areas of the bank to manage their activities centrally and without much effort, because the usual toggling between different applications is no longer necessary. However, you decide to what extent the software solution should be implemented. Whether it is used for all clerical processes and customer communication, as a digital workplace for all activities or simply for the processing of “red” and “yellow” cases, the fintus Cockpit can be used in a wide variety of ways! It allows the retrieval and handling of all process-relevant documents and information bank-wide, the setting of recommendations for action, and the assignment of tasks. As an integral part of the fintus Suite, the front-end is controlled by the fintus Process Orchestrator.

This allows you to determine the degree of automation of your business processes and which tasks should be handled in the fintus Cockpit. Connected to your core banking system, fintus Cockpit contains all the important data required by your departments for, among other things, product development, market tracking, analysis and customer service. This includes, for example, all customer and master data, contract documents and the relationships to all connected entities. Practical functions and the intuitive user interface facilitate your daily work. The automated task distribution via inboxes (push routing) helps to assign tasks to the appropriate employees and to manage their workload. Alternatively, your employees can take responsibility for their tasks (via pull function) and prioritise them themselves. In addition, customisable text blocks simplify communication with customers and a variety of configuration options facilitate compliance in accordance with your approval processes.

fintus Cockpit really comes into its own within fintus Digital Onboarding, the software solution that enables banks to offer their in-house products online, including the conclusion of contracts. If an applicant fails to meet the requirements/conditions of the desired financing solution, for example, due to insufficient creditworthiness or low cash flow, the applicant appears as a task in fintus Cockpit along with all the specified data and documents – together with a suggested course of action. This is made possible by the fintus Process Orchestrator’s control of the entire onboarding process. The fintus Process Engine, based on the worldwide applicable BPMN and DMN standards, directs and automates all modules of the fintus Suite as well as all process-relevant systems.
